Payment Options
Full payment of course tuition is due at the time of registration. For cosmetics, skin care products or apparel, full payment is required prior to shipping. Please be advised there is no reduction in tuition for students who join late or miss classes. All fees are subject to 5% GST.
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Interac Online through our secure website. If you’d prefer to use your credit card by phone or fax please call 905.594.0222 or fax 905.643.9632. Please be advised that email is not a secure way to submit your credit card number.
For your security our website utilizes Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code to verify the cardholder’s identity and to ensure the safety of credit card transactions. In addition we are in full compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard, a stringent measure designed to protect consumer data.
Course Waiting Lists
If the course you are interested in is full, you will have the option of adding your name to the waiting list. If a spot in the course becomes available, you will be contacted and will then have 3 days to make payment arrangements.
Refund Policy
Lakehead Models • Talent strives to provide 100% customer satisfaction. Please keep your receipt to ensure a fast and easy return: within 10 days of purchase for all courses and 30 days of purchase for skin care products, make-up and apparel.
To return merchandise we recommend you use a documented shipper like Canada Post and mail to:

Courses
In accordance with the province of Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a full refund on tuition fees over $50.00, if you provide written cancellation by registered mail or fax within 10 days of your original registration.
After the 10th day, if circumstances arise that prevent you from participating in the scheduled course, you can transfer your start date to the next available course. Due to the costs involved in booking and providing our courses, session transfers are not permitted after the first hour of instruction. Requests accompanied by a medical certificate may be considered.
Please note that courses are conditional upon enrollment. In the event a course is cancelled, your tuition fee will be applied to the next course date. If your schedule does not accommodate the new date, a credit will remain on file until the next available course.
Cosmetics, Skin Care Products & Apparel
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we will gladly exchange or credit your return of unworn, unlaundered or unopened merchandise presented in salable condition with the original packaging and tags within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
Please note that damages on home delivered items must be reported within 24 hours. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will gladly exchange it for the identical item.
We are unable to exchange or credit items that have been altered or customized. For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on: make-up brushes, skin care/make-up application tools and on opened product. We reserve the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason. Please note that gift cards and shipping charges are not refundable.
When making a return or exchange, you must provide proof of purchase and return items in unopened and/or unused condition with all original packaging. We recommend you send your return via Canada Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.
Refunds will be provided in the same tender the original purchase was paid with:
• Cash will be refunded in cash.
• Cheques if cleared after 10 days will be refunded in cash.
• Credit cards will be refunded to the original credit card.
• Gift Cards will be returned on a gift card.
