Lakehead Models • Talent understands the importance of protecting your personal information. While using our website, you do not have to identify yourself or divulge personal information. Lakehead Models • Talent collects personal information to facilitate your participation in our courses and events and to give you information you need in a timely manner. We collect information in several ways from our Site, currently www.modeltalent.ca.

When you register for our courses, request information, submit your photographs for assessment or make a purchase through our eBoutique, you will be required to provide personal information. This may include name, address, telephone number and email address. We may also request your gender and specific measurements. This information is required to identify you.

Sources of Collection
While on the Lakehead Models • Talent website, any personal information you provide is being used by us alone, unless specifically stated otherwise. If data is being collected by any company other than Lakehead Models • Talent, you will be notified prior to data collection. If you do not want your data to be shared, you can choose not to use that particular service.

When you join any of our mailing lists, we collect your name, contact details, email address, and certain other information. We use your email address to send you email updates to which you subscribed. You may request that your email address be removed by sending your request to remove@modeltalent.ca.

When using our eBoutique or registering for a course online, we use state-of-the-art security protocols to protect sensitive data, such as personal information and credit card numbers.

From time to time, promotions or contests running on our website may be sponsored by companies other than Lakehead Models • Talent or may be co-sponsored by Lakehead Models • Talent and another company. Some or all data collected during a promotion or contest may be shared with the sponsor. If you do not want your data to be shared, you can choose not to participate in the promotion or contest.

Limiting Use, Disclosure and Retention
Lakehead Models • Talent collects personal information to better serve our customers and to provide information about our services. We strive to use your personal information in a responsible and respectful manner.

We retain any personal information that you provide, unless otherwise stated. By completing any of our online forms or participating in a Lakehead Models • Talent event, you are consenting to our collection and retention of the information you provide.

All paper documentation containing personal information is shredded for your safety.
